Fall Semester 2023

Rankin Climate worked with the steering committee to develop the survey questions and analyzed our institutional policies and procedures 

January 22 – February 15, 2024

Survey was open

Late Spring 2024

Rankin Climate analyzed the data and began to develop the report

October-November 2024

An overview of findings were presented to campus via interactive campus climate community forums on October 30 (students), October 31 (faculty/staff), November 1 (faculty/staff) and December 5 (virtual). This was the start of our Action Planning phase so that the lessons we learn throughout the survey can be acted upon at Wake Forest.

Spring 2025

The comprehensive report from Rankin will be shared with the campus community
