The following message was sent to undergraduate, graduate, and professional students – on and off campus

Bottom line up front:

  • We need 35% of students in order to maximize the Survey’s potential
  • Complete the 10-15 minute survey for a chance to win some great incentives
  • Free Pizza in ZSR from 9:30 p.m. (until it’s gone) if you take the survey

Happy Monday night, students! While we normally would not email you at this hour, we are still in need of student participation in our climate survey, and we thought you might be up for a quick study break. Currently, we are at 11.5%, we need 35% participation for informed estimates on our community that can lead to meaningful campus change.

If you have not already done so, please take a break right now and take our climate survey. Once you submit the (anonymous) survey, you can enter a separate lottery for the chance win one of the following:

  • 2 students will receive early housing registration, within their class, for Fall 2024 housing (i.e., if you are a sophomore, you will receive priority registration among sophomores)
  • 2 Reserved tickets for Face to Face with Trevor Noah (4/30)
  • 4 Reserved tickets to the general Commencement ceremony in the year of your graduation
  • And many other incentives

Free Pizza in ZSR from 9:30 p.m. if you take the survey!

Take a screenshot of your survey completion notice and bring it to the ZSR Library starting at 9:30 p.m. for free pizza (while supplies last). We’ll be on the first floor near the info desk.

We need your help to ensure student voices are heard. With enough response, we will be able to enact meaningful improvements to our campus climate – which will benefit all of us.
