The following message was sent to undergraduate, graduate, and professional school students – on and off campus

Bottom line up front:

  • We still want to reach 35% of students in order to maximize the Survey’s potential
  • Complete the 10-15 minute survey for a chance to win some great incentives
  • Free Jimmy Johns in ZSR tonight from 9:30 p.m. (until it’s gone) if you take the survey

Happy Thursday, students! Forgive the late email — it’s for a good cause. We are edging closer to our student participation goal for our climate survey, and we hope with the promise of subs, you might be willing to help.

Currently, we are at 17%, we are aiming for 35% participation to better inform the ways in which our community can pursue meaningful campus change.

If you have not already done so, please take a break right now and take our climate survey.

Free Jimmy Johns subs in ZSR from 9:30 p.m. tonight (2/8) if you take the survey!

Take a screenshot of your survey completion notice and bring it to the ZSR Library starting at 9:30 p.m. tonight for free Jimmy Johns subs (while supplies last). We’ll be on the first floor near the info desk.

Enter a separate lottery for other prizes

Once you submit the (anonymous) survey, you can enter a separate lottery for the chance win one of the following:

  • 2 students will receive early housing registration, within their class, for Fall 2024 housing (i.e., if you are a sophomore, you will receive priority registration among sophomores)
  • 2 Reserved tickets for Face to Face with Trevor Noah (4/30)
  • 4 Reserved tickets to the general Commencement ceremony in the year of your graduation
  • And many other incentives

With enough response, we can make meaningful improvements to our campus climate — which benefits ALL of us!
